Copyright & Ownership

We are Siarhei Dratvitski (@mr_unvrs) and Elvira Niadbailava (@elvira.mua.music), creative partners and co-creators of original audiovisual content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, audiovisual works we create jointly are jointly owned by us. Our original recordings, creative production and other protectable elements of those works are subject to applicable copyright law.

Elvira Niadbailava has authorized Siarhei Dratvitski to manage and protect the copyright in our jointly owned audiovisual works on behalf of both co-owners. This includes communication with platforms and third parties, copyright reports, rights-management applications, documenting unauthorized uses, and licensing discussions. Both creators retain their ownership interests.

Inspiration is welcome

We welcome creative inspiration and lawful participation in trends. However, copying or commercially exploiting protected material from our original videos may require our permission. Whether a particular use requires permission depends on the material used and applicable law, including any relevant exceptions.

AI & modified content

We support creativity and new technology. If a commercial project uses protected footage or other protectable elements from our original audiovisual works, please contact us before publishing, promoting, or distributing it.

Requests involving face or likeness replication, altered performers, AI-generated adaptations, training datasets, in-app templates, or promotional ads are evaluated case by case, according to the actual material and applicable rights. We do not claim ownership of generic dance ideas, unprotectable movements, or independent lawful recreations.

We do not assume that a service trained its AI models on our content merely because a generated video resembles our work.
