Privacy notice
Short version: this site has no accounts, no cookies and no analytics. The only personal data we receive is what you type into our forms, and we use it to answer you.
Who is responsible
The site in2mood.com is run by Siarhei Dratvitski and Elvira Niadbailava, Warsaw, Poland. For anything related to your data, write to Boogzinatorskee@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you send a message through the contact, license request or rights form, we receive what you entered: your name, email address, company if you gave one, and the content of your request. We use it only to reply, and, if the conversation turns into a collaboration or a license, to prepare that agreement. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).
We don’t use cookies, trackers or analytics on this site, and we don’t sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions on our behalf, then forwards them to our email. Netlify is a US company and processes data under its standard data-protection terms.
- Google (Gmail) stores the forwarded messages in our mailboxes.
- Cloudflare serves the photos and videos. Like any web host, it sees technical data such as your IP address while delivering files.
How long we keep it
Form submissions stay in Netlify and in our mailbox while your request is open, and are deleted no later than 12 months after our last exchange. If a message is part of a license agreement or a rights dispute, we keep it for as long as that matter requires.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent. Just email us. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to a data-protection authority, in Poland the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO).
