Rights management statement
Siarhei Dratvitski and Elvira Niadbailava jointly create and own original audiovisual works, except where expressly stated otherwise.
Siarhei is authorized by Elvira, under their Copyright Management Authorization dated 7 October 2026, to represent both co-owners for copyright administration, infringement reporting, and applications for content-rights management services, including Meta Rights Manager.
We maintain a catalog of our original published works and supporting production materials, and we seek to identify unauthorized copies and substantial uses of protected content while respecting lawful uses, licenses, and applicable copyright exceptions.
We request access to appropriate rights-management tools to help locate potentially matching material on Facebook and Instagram, review matches, distinguish authorized and unauthorized uses, and manage enforcement responsibly.
Rights verification and supporting authorization documents can be provided privately to platform reviewers upon request. We do not publish identity documents, private signatures, or the full authorization instrument on our public website.
